  I was in the store just after 5.40pm on Thursday 25th May . When I got to the checkouts at 6pm. There were a lot of people at the self serve checkouts and 2 " operator assisted checkouts " one of which was just closing. As I had quite a few groceries I wanted to go through an operator assisted checkout. I was also in a hurry. The operator was doing the best that he could but I was on a time limit and didn't want to be waiting too long. I expected that another operator would soon open. No such luck. Because of time limited I was forced to go through the self serve ( which I hate to do when I have lots of groceries) I mentioned to the staff that I wasn't impressed that there was only 1 operator asstisred checkout open. They apologised but said it was out of their control. I am not impressed. I have shopped at this store for at least 35 years and am really struggling to find a good reason to stay loyal. Coles is just across the road.

  Ease of access and parking from 3 road entries. Fast service. Great complex for other supplies, late night pharmacy.

  Woolworths app. Abominable to use. Click and collect worse. If only coles delivered to Straddie.

  Long standing Woolworths store in the Redlands. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. Relatively easy access from car park.
