  We recently booked a roof restoration with JMZ Roof Restorations. Pre the restoration work the weather forecast was predicting torrential rain. We knew we had some cracked tiles and a phone call to JMZ resulted in the boys calling by to replace the cracked tiles before the rain arrived. We have since had the restoration work completed and we are extremely happy with the results. Thanks again JMZ, we will be recommending your services to friends and family.

  JMZ restored and painted the roof of our home 3 years ago. Within 18 months the roof was covered in what we believe is a chalking substance. On asking JMZ to assess the roof under warrantly they sent out an aggressive man who told us it was just dust and that we need to have our roof washed every 18 months. What rubbish. Our roof should be the best in the street. It is the worst and no our neighbours do not wash their roof. As with most people the rain washes normal dust of a roof very well and a roof should not need professional washing after 18 months of being restored. The chalking does come off with washing however we don't know if it will appear again and why it Is there in the first place. We have had many houses in our time and have had painted roof work done very successfully previously lasting many years in line with expectations. As a minimum we would have expected JMZ to clean our roof and review the chalking which may come from either the info coat additive or the paint. We are now faced with a very unsatisfactory and shabby roof.
