Paul at front desk and Kevin in PC peripherals helped me locate the right printer cartridges for Canon printer I had bought from here 6 months earlier...very friendly. Also my avid photographer 83 year old mother simply loves Ben when it comes to helping her with the high technology FUJI nachine that prints for 10 cents a copy...a bargain and family photo albums at home ate consequently FULL of GREAT MEMORIES..Thank you for taking care of Shu Man my dear mother, Charles
