  The best! The RT Cycles Team always go above and beyond. While they mainly stock Giant and Focus bikes they have vast knowledge of all cycles and have enthusiastically restored my 20 year old Cannondale. The Team offered sound and cost effective options before expertly revamping the bike, bringing it back to near new - it is now a dream to ride. My husband has also purchased a couple of new bikes (one road, one mountain) from RT and he too is extremely happy with the advice and service. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone - it doesn't matter if you are a novice or professional, RT Cycles are happy to help.

  Each time I have any interaction at this place I receive offensive service. My choice of bicycle (not bought from them) is criticised and today I was basically refused service. This lack of service is not just limited to me. My sister was told she was a neglectful parent for allowing her child to ride a bike from K-Mart and I also witnessed the customer in front of me refused service due to his bike being bought from K-Mart.

  I went in for a sticky beak one quiet morning and the owner gave me 25 minutes of his time providing advice on both road and MTB. I didn't buy anything but he was exceptionally helpful. Drool-worthy range of Cervelos and German made Kalkhoff and Focus! Wish I lived closer!
